Description:

CRT photographer Pat Westwater-Jong will present a slide show and exhibit featuring a collection of photographs of people in Israel and Palestine who are working for peace. People in the photos are Jewish, Muslim, Christian, and of no organized religion. Many of them are working for justice as a path to peace.

Description:

An all-day event organized by Peace by Peace, an interfaith coalition of Yale medical students promoting a non-violent resolution to the conflict in Israel/Palestine.

Details:

Confirmed speakers include Mayor John Stefano, Rabbi Jim Ponet, Dr. James Leckman, Sa'ed Atshan, and Dr. Andrea Blanch. Confirmed performers include the Yale Belly Dance Society, the Duke's Men of Yale, and the Afro-Semitic Experience.
